By creating an account or using Loading Zone Navigator ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Loading Zone Navigator provides information about loading zone locations and their scheduled availability in Sydney CBD. The Service is a guidance tool designed to help drivers find legal loading zones more efficiently.

3. Disclaimer — Guidance Only

The loading zone information provided by this Service is for guidance only. You must always check the signage and information displayed at the loading zone before you park. Loading zone regulations, times, and availability may change without notice. The Service does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your vehicle is parked legally. Loading Zone Navigator, Kohima PTY Ltd, and its affiliates accept no liability for parking fines, penalties, towing, or any other consequences arising from reliance on the information provided by this Service.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription (weekly, monthly, or annual).
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Manage Subscription portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not provided. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, contact us at contact@kohimahq.com and we will assess your request on a case-by-case basis.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, data, design, and software comprising the Service are the property of Kohima PTY Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kohima PTY Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, fines, or penalties, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
